Christmas Booking FAQ's
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per person is required when you book.
Full payment is due by Tuesday 1st December 2026, and pre-orders must be submitted no later than Wednesday 9th December 2026.
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking. Full payment and pre-orders will be needed 14 days prior to your arrival.
For regular bookings over the festive period, our standard booking terms apply, including a 7-day cancellation policy.
For Christmas and New Year Packages, a £50 per person non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due 14 days after booking, or immediately if booked after Tuesday 1st December 2026.
Please note, rooms booked on these packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Yes, a discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to all tables of 10 or more people. If you’d prefer this to be removed, please let a member of our team know when you make your booking.
